Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking a session with ExamReadyEducation, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

ExamReadyEducation provides GCSE science exam practice for students aged 11–18. Sessions may be delivered in person at hired venues and/or online and may take place in group or one-to-one formats, subject to demand.

2. Bookings and Payment

All sessions must be booked at least 12 hours in advance. Payment is required to secure a place and confirms acceptance of these terms.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
Cancellations within 48 hours, or non-attendance, are non-refundable.
ExamReadyEducation reserves the right to cancel sessions due to illness, low attendance, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, an alternative date or refund will be offered.

4. Attendance and Behaviour

Students are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other students. ExamReadyEducation reserves the right to remove a student from a session if behaviour is disruptive or unsafe. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.

5. Liability and Insurance

ExamReadyEducation holds £2 million public liability insurance and £1 million professional indemnity insurance covering in-person and online tuition. While all reasonable care is taken, ExamReadyEducation cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings brought to sessions or for outcomes beyond the scope of tuition, including examination results.

6. Safeguarding

All sessions are delivered in line with safeguarding best practice. ExamReadyEducation maintains appropriate safeguarding procedures for working with children and young people.

7. Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and is used solely for the purpose of delivering educational services. Data will not be shared with third parties except where legally required.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
